Refund policy
Important! Our products are high quality but remain delicate. We do not encourage buying several works and sending half back! Return shipping is always at your own expense (We do not offer return labels).
Returns
Report any faults to murallaart@outlook.com. Please do this within 7 days.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot accept returns, unless the item is already in transit with trackable shipping link and exceeds the 30 days.
The items must be returned in original condition and in the original, packing or similar protective tube/box. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, that do not fulfil these criteria. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping back to us.
Important! Returns and exchanges happens at your own risk and own expense (shipping costs is to be paid by you). If any items arrives back to us damaged we are only able to offer a 50% refund.
If items are not collected from delivery pick-up location or if refused at delivery a return shipment fee will be charged of 7,25 euro.
Damaged goods
Damages happen from time to time with couriers. If products are damaged please provide detailed photo's as soon as possible max 7 days. Do NOT throw away the packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with photo's at murallaart@outlook.com Within 7 days of arrival of damaged goods!
