Delivery
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every order, to UK addresses and to every other destination we ship to. The countries we deliver to are shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
In the UK, orders take 1-5 days in total, from order to delivery. International orders take up to 7 days. Every print is made to order, especially for you, and then sent straight to you. See our shipping policy.
What is the last order date for Christmas?
Our Christmas order cut-off is 10 December.
How are prints packaged?
Framed prints arrive ready to hang and are shipped in a box. Unframed prints are shipped rolled in a tube.
How can I track my order?

Sizes, paper and frames
What sizes do your prints come in?
Eight sizes: 13x18 cm, A4 (21x29.7 cm), 30x40 cm, 40x50 cm, 45x60 cm, 50x70 cm, 60x80 cm and 70x100 cm. Our size guide gives each size in inches and tips for choosing.
Can I buy a print framed or unframed?
Yes, every size is available unframed or framed. Choose "No frame", "White frame", "Wood frame" or "Black frame" on the product page.
What are the frames made of?
Our frames are made from durable pine wood, 20-25 mm (0.79-0.98 in) thick and 10-14 mm (0.4-0.6 in) wide. Black and white frames have a smooth finish; the wood frame is a natural finish with visible grain. A shatterproof plexiglass front protects the print, so there's no breakable glass.
Do framed prints arrive ready to hang?
Yes. Framed prints arrive ready to hang, shipped in a box.
What paper do you print on?
Framed and unframed prints use the same heavyweight matte paper: 200 gsm (80 lb) and 0.22 mm (8.7 mils) thick, with a smooth, non-reflective surface. The paper is FSC-certified or equivalent.
Are your prints made to order?
Yes. Every print is made to order for you and then sent straight to you.
Returns and refunds
Can I return a print?
Yes. Returns are free within 30 days of your purchase: you won't pay anything to send an item back to us. Send us your order number and the items you'd like to return through our contact form, and we'll arrange the return with you.
Can I cancel my order?
As you bought online, under UK law you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Tell us, then return the item within 14 days of telling us. Our free 30-day returns are in addition to this right.
What if my print arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery, with clear photos of the item and the packaging (front and back of the item, front and back of the package, the inner protection and the delivery label). Please don't throw the packaging away. Replacements for damaged items are free, with no delivery charge, or you can choose a refund.
How long do refunds take?
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item (or of you showing us proof that you've sent it, if that's sooner), and usually within 5 days of approval. Can I exchange a print?
We replace items that are faulty or damaged. To exchange an item for the same one, send us photos through our contact form.
